Having trouble with the app? Sending us your logs can be a game-changer! Think of logs as the app’s “black box” – they record what’s happening behind the scenes.
By checking your logs, we can:
- Pinpoint what caused the issue (like errors or crashes)
- Understand what was happening right before the problem
- Quickly find the best fix for you
Good to know: logs don’t contain personal info, just technical details about the app’s performance.
Ready to share them? Follow these steps:
Logs
- Recreate the issue or wait until the error message appears
- Archive the logs folder found in these locations:
- Windows:
C:\Users\%username%\mlx
- macOS:
/Users/%username%/mlx
- Linux:
/home/%username%/mlx
- Windows:
- Email support at [email protected] with:
- A clear description of the issue
- The archived logs folder attached
