How to switch between Multilogin workspace

If you’re part of multiple workspaces in Multilogin, switching between them is essential for managing your browser profiles, groups, and team members effectively. You can be:
- The owner of a workspace with full control
- A team member with different roles across various workspaces
To stay organized and work efficiently, you need a quick way to move between workspaces without logging in and out repeatedly.
Switch workspaces
Multilogin makes it simple to switch between workspaces. Follow these steps:
- Locate the workspace selector: in the top-left corner of the Multilogin application, you’ll see your current workspace name displayed
- Open the workspace list: click on the workspace name to reveal a dropdown list of all the workspaces you are part of
- Select a different workspace: click on the workspace you want to switch to. The application will instantly update to display the profiles, groups, and settings of the selected workspace

Tips:
- Ensure you have the right permissions: some workspaces may have restricted access based on your role
- Check your workspace before making changes: avoid making edits in the wrong workspace by always confirming which one is active
